Your Realtor Expects From You |

- Complete
all Listing Paperwork (initials, signatures and Seller’s
Disclosure Notice) very carefully. This is required in order
to process your listing.

Have two (2) keys to your home made (one for the keybox,
one for the realtor office).

Make sure your home is in showing condition and ready for
interior and exterior photography (including Virtual Tour)
the day of the listing.

Keep your home clean and presentable for showing at all
times, especially for “short notice” showing
requests.

Allow showing to occur, even if inconvenient for you.

Make yourself as “invisible” as possible during
showings. Plese visit a neighbor, walk your dog, take a
drive or just sit on the patio.

Keep us apprised of any changes in contact phone numbers,
showing instructions or security system changes. When you
plan to travel or take a vacation, leave us your contact
numbers.

Post a note on doors that you do not want locked (i.e. garage
door from utility room, storm doors, etc.)

Contact us when the number of brochures reached ten (10).

Have a cup of coffee ready when anyone form ‘the Team’
meets with you… just kidding! Wanted to make sure
you were paying attention!
